Ana Sampaio (MSc)
With a degree in Nutritional Sciences (2012) and a Master’s in Biotechnology and Innovation (2018), began her career in the food industry joining a community nutrition project in a food retail chain, where also had the opportunity to take part in R&D development projects. She also took part in a pioneering sensory analysis project for 3 years. In 2019, she changed her career path and joined a food supplement company, where she had the chance to explore the areas of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs. At Colab4Food she currently works in the Regulatory, Product development and Project management areas.
