Oscar Dias

Oscar Dias is currently an Assistant Researcher at the Centre of Biological Engineering at the School of Engineering at the University of Minho. Additionally, he is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the spinoff OmniumAI (http://www.omniumai.com), created in 2021, which develops artificial intelligence and data science solutions for biological data.

Oscar Dias has made significant contributions to the fields of Systems Biology, Computational Biology, and Bioinformatics, marked by a strong focus on interdisciplinary research.
