Ana Catarina Martinho


Ana Martinho was awarded a master’s degree in Biological Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, in 2010, after a curricular internship in Sumol+Compal, carried out in the scope of the optimization of hygiene processes of the production lines. More recently, at the end of 2016, completed a post-graduate degree in Business Administration at the Catholic School of Business & Economics University of Lisbon from the Portuguese Catholic University. In the beginning of 2011 she was admitted at the company Sumol+Compal, for the Development Department, Food Quality and Safety, where since then works in the area of optimization of industrial and new processes technologies, being since 2015 the responsible for the Company’s Technologies of Processes Area. Since 2013 is also responsible for the Product Legislation area, following the matters of Food Regulations and Politics in Portugal and in the countries where Sumol+Compal exports it’s products.
